Some say yes and some say no but actually it depends on how we think, and if your thinking is great enough to support your thoughts in a positive manner. As we all know that positive gives positive results and negative is an opposite of the positive. 
So therefore, it depends on your mind. 
Q3. Can we achieve what we want to become?
In this question, it depends upon your interest, the most important thing is look how to achieve that interest and do something you like not something you don't like.

We were at Chumphu last week. It was difficult or hard to walk towards chumphu lhakhang. It's take 4hrs/40min to reach at chumphu. We have started walking from the end of the road and reaches up at 4hrs/40min. When we reaches up we take some rest and have some tea which was given by gyelongs who lives at chumphu lhakhang, That time we also visit temples.  The view of the temple was beautiful and when we walk little uphill there is small lake. We have move around the temple and pick up  plastic bottles and such kind of things that are dirty. When we watch from the temple through the way we came it's too far from us,  Me and my friend thought that it might not be far from town. But actually it's not. Now we understand that why it's far from the town, it's not only beautiful view it's also says that when we walk from the town till temple there will be good to us or it also says that in the past
